Cider, Sauna & Chill

We're teaming up with Salus Studio from Seaforth to bring you a guided cold plunge and sauna session. We'll discuss the benefits as well as teach you proper breathing techniques giving you the tools to connect your body and mind in a supportive and positive group environment. No experience necessary.  Bring your bathing suit or (whatever you're comfortable in) and a towel; robes & slippers are encouraged as well!  Each ticket also includes 1 drink.
