About the event
We're teaming up with Salus Studio to bring you another a guided cold plunge and sauna session. Before plunging and saunaing, we'll discuss the benefits as well as teach you proper breathing techniques giving you the tools to connect your body and mind in a supportive and positive group environment. No experience necessary. Bring your bathing suit or (whatever you're comfortable in) and a towel; robes & slippers are encouraged as well! Purchase tickets before Sept 16 for an Early Bird Discount and a chance to win a 2nd ticket free! Each ticket purchased counts as an entry into the draw, more tickets = better chances of winning!
