We aged this cider on sour cherry candy to absorb all that delicious sour, sweet, cherry flavour. The result is a tart, semi-dry, cherry-flavoured apple cider, providing a fun little nostalgic taste of Halloween for those of us who may be "too old" for trick-or-treating!
